Reading Guide for Mom and Dad:
The Spirit of God will always lead people towards God's Vision. The sons of God is this group of people that are walking with God, in God's Way towards God's Vision - being led by God's Spirit.
Jesus poured out His Spirit when He sent out His disciples in John 20:20
"And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, Receive the Holy Ghost."
In Acts 2:4 "And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance"
By pouring out the Spirit of God, Jesus restored us back to what the first Adam had: the breath(Spirit) of God. But even more: He restored us according to the measure made available through the finished work of the Cross. The measure of His Spirit according to the second Adam, Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 1: 17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power,
Because of the finished work of the Cross - through FAITH and IN Jesus Christ we can be sons and daughters of our Father God.
It is BY FAITH.
Even though Jesus became sin for us and we received His righteousness it says in
2 Corinthians 5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God IN Him.
It says: that we can BECOME the righteousness of God.
There is still a process of us BELIEVING it. It is not us "working" for it or us "trying to earn it" but is us "believing" it.
This has to do with our relationship with God, as we grow in our relationship with Him. Our relationship with God comes through the FINISHED work of the Cross.

What is the Grace? Explain to your children that you love them not because of what they do for you. You love them because of who they are: your beloved children. We don't love them because they are perfect, because they never make mistakes or because they do things for us. We loved them from the moment we held them in our arms when they couldn't do anything yet. We loved them from the moment we knew they were conceived. One day our children will inherit everything we have, not because they earned it, but because of who they are. You don't earn an inheritance, you receive it because of who you are.
Let your older children read these verses over the next few weeks during your family devotions. The little ones can choose one verse to memorize if they are up for the challenge! What does the Bible reveal to us regarding the Grace of God?

Let them cross off each day in the month, each day holds a special challenge.
Encourage them to pray the prayer for wisdom and understanding in their own quiet times.
Pray the prayer over your children and ask God to give them His Spirit of wisdom and understanding. If you can, do this every day for a month.
Pray it for yourself dear Mama, your heart is more precious than you know! Let God show you how deep, high and wide His love is for you, His precious child.
I have experienced God's faithfulness and love through this powerful prayer. I believe that our Father hears our prayers. May Jesus Christ reveal to us His heart, His purpose and His Glory.
Kettle Prayer Suggestion:
Jesus, give us Your Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation. Thank you for Your Grace and Revelation!
